Lifetime warranty on workmanship plus a 30-day return window for stock SKUs.

Every MetrixSlide product carries a lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship and finish.

Returns

Stock SKUs may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (less return shipping). Custom and OEM products are non-returnable but are guaranteed against defects.

RMA process

  1. Email caren@metrixslide.com with your PO & SKU.
  2. You'll receive an RMA number within one business day.
  3. Ship items back with the RMA number marked on the packing list.
